Refund policy
Trial Period
You may trial your purchase for up to 60 nights from the date of delivery to your shipping address. If during or at the end of that period you are not satisfied, you may return the product for an exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased from our store and within the 60-night Trial Period.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and any free gifts included at time of sale.
- The product is in substantially the same condition as when you received it (reasonable wear from trial is acceptable, but the product should not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or alteration).
You follow our return instructions (see Section 3).
3. How to Initiate a Return & Exchange
- Contact our Customer Support team via email info@lunissy.com or via the returns contact form below. Include the subject "60 Night Trial", this will help us to assist you as soon as possible. This must be done within the 60-night Trial Period to request the return.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange by sending you the replacement item as requested (subject to availability).
4. Exchanges
Once your returned item is received and approved, we will dispatch the exchange product as quickly as possible. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options (such as a different product or store credit).
5. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange under this policy:
- Items returned after the 60-night Trial Period.
- Items not in their original packaging or missing accessories, manuals, tags, or free gifts included with the original purchase.
- Items showing signs of damage or misuse beyond reasonable trial use.
- Any product that is marked as final sale, clearance, or otherwise excluded at time of purchase (if applicable).
6. Refunds
This policy is specifically for exchanges after the 60-night trial. If you require a refund (for example due to a defect or our error), please contact Support and we will assess the situation. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within [insert typical timeframe, e.g., 5-10 business days] of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
7. Shipping & Risk
- You are responsible for returning the product to the above address unless we explicitly provide a prepaid return label.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance—lost or mis-shipped items are your responsibility until they reach us.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, the risk transfers to us and we will handle dispatching the exchange item.
