Trial Period

You may try your purchase for up to 60 nights from the date it is delivered to your shipping address.

If, during this period, you decide the product isn’t the right fit, you may return it for an exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Return, Exchange, or Refund

To be eligible, please ensure that:

The product was purchased directly from our store and is still within the 60-night Trial Period.

The product is returned in its original packaging, including all included accessories, tags, manuals, and any free gifts that were part of the original order.

The product is in substantially the same condition as when received. Normal use during the trial period is acceptable; however, items damaged due to misuse, negligence, alterations, or improper care are not eligible.

You follow the return process described in Section 3.

Contact must be made within the 60-night Trial Period.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange for the requested replacement item, subject to availability.

Exchanges

Once your return is approved and the product has been received in acceptable condition, your exchange item will be shipped as soon as possible.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives, such as a different product or store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under this policy:

Items returned after the 60-night Trial Period has ended.

Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, or free gifts.

Items showing damage or signs of misuse beyond reasonable trial wear.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or otherwise excluded at the time of purchase.

Refunds

If a refund is required (for example, if the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped), please contact Customer Support so we can review the situation.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within the typical processing timeframe (usually 5–10 business days) after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Responsibility and Risk

Unless we have provided a prepaid return label, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance. Items lost or misrouted during return transit remain the customer’s responsibility until they are delivered to our facility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, responsibility transfers to us, and we will proceed with sending any approved exchange item.
