30-Night Trial

You may try your Lunissy product for up to 30 nights from the date it is delivered to your shipping address.

If you decide the product is not the right fit, you may request a return for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • The item must be purchased directly from Lunissy at www.lunissy.com.
  • Your request must be submitted within 30 nights of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and any free gifts included with the order.
  • The item must be in substantially the same condition as when received. Normal use during the trial period is acceptable.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging and labels intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for products that have been opened, used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and send your replacement product as soon as possible.

Refunds

If you request a refund and your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrives damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent, or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our facility.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Items returned more than 30 nights after delivery.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, or free gifts.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
